Definition

RunmyWriting.blogspot.com, Definition of Obsessive compulsive disorder OCD is an obsessive compulsive disorder which consists of obsession (of thoughts) and compulsion (repetition of behaviour). Patients get many thoughts which they can't comprehend and leading them to exhaustion. This obsession can't be cured rationally.
Compulsions are repetitive behaviours through which patients find a mild relief.  RunmyWriting.blogspot.com, characters of Obsessive compulsive disorder

 My opinion of primary prevention

There's no primary prevention to genetic OCD but I think learned OCD can be prevented by primary prevention.

Primary prevention precedes disorder or dysfunction. I think we need to be moderate in everything to prevent OCD. Over care becomes a disorder and less care also invites serious results so we need to adopt the middle in between. When we choose the middle, it reduces the chances of OCD.
