Introduction
Everything needs skill to get good results without wasting time. You need study skill to read more in less time, to get better results and enjoy your studies.
You should never start your business or studies without learning its basic skill to get good results. By learning the skill, you save time, get good results and it also motivates you to continue the journey. So let's see how to be productive in studies.
How to be productive in studies
Your study depends upon the examination you are preparing for
1. Observe the subject
Your first step is to observe the type of subject to start your study as there is difference in preparing different subjects.
If you see anatomy, you need to focus on diagrams like organs and bones. Your mathematics needs practice rather than memorizing questions.
So it is necessary to look at your subject to work accordingly.
2. Making your own notes
It is the most beautiful thing which I like to do in my studies. We all are fighting with memory, so excluding all junk in necessary to focus on main points rather than wasting time in reading the cache.
These notes should be "to the point, short and easy to remember". Skip that which is hard to learn and remember.
Please don't make your paper note blindly. Some topics are easy or necessary to learn from the book because you feel that that can be learnt easily from the book. So you don't need always to make these notes.
3. Read less memorize more
We usually end up with a full chapter but at last we don't remember a single point. This is simply thorough reading and less productive because we just read and pass on.
Read one or two topics per day but try to memorize that in whatever way you can. Don't care about memorization power.
We all have approximately same memorization power
4. Focus on answer style
This is the most crucial point to remember while preparing for an examination. Your not only need to remember but also need to learn "how to write in examination".
You need to be crispy, to the point and in correct style.
- Write your answer in points
- Write only around the question asked
- Write every classification "on the basis of" because you need to define based on what you are classifying

5. Apply your studies in real life
Don't fear, by apply I mean whatever you see related to your studies, apply that by reminding and enjoy it.
Suppose we have Erikson's theory of psychosocial development which is related to the developmental stages of a human being, whenever I observed any stage I remind that.
6. Incorporate one thing with another
Incorporating one thing with another is really helpful. I can say it two subject study process by focusing on the topic which is interconnected. It makes your study easy.
7. Make fun of your study
Study can be boring or funny, it depends upon your approach. If you have a funny approach, you will thrive in it too like those who live a stressful life with books.
Make fun with your studies whenever possible.

8. Revision is necessary
Revisions revive your memory so you need it because we all forget things with the passage of time. Use many senses as possible and rough to write on.
