My friends I know study seems boring to most of us but it is a sort of need to thrive in our life. As the journey of education is too long, it is very difficult to survive in such a boring staff for a long time. So I thought to make it fun by different tricks and tips. Today I will share my learning techniques of these two theories by which you not only learn them but also will love to revise them well.
Let's look at the theory of observational learning proposed by Bandura & colleagues.
Think that Bandura has fallen love with someone for to which he gave the theory of observational l learning.
Leave Bandura aside
You have fallen love with someone.
What are the different moment you go through?
You will look at her clothes, her smiling face and other beautiful characters.
It is the first point in Bandura's theory
Now you will remember her behaviour and will lose your sleep.....😃
You will start day dreaming in her remembrance......!
Bandura called it second point .
Then you will try to reproduce and revise her behaviour out of love..... You will feel it..... Bandura called it 3rd point.
When you loved her, you love to be engaged in her, being motivated and zealous.
Bandura felt all these points in his love story as well and called it as "observational learning".
My friends in this way you learnt the whole theory by dreaming the story happened with you --- I know you loved the story _ don't worry please bear patience 🌷.
In personality development, there is the theory of psychosocial development given by Erikson which defines the five developmental stages of a human being.
To learn it comprehensively, look at a baby, his all story will teach you the whole story.
Probably you might have seen a baby biting his thumb - It is Oral stage
Oral stage
It is not always thumb biting, you will see him biting everything he takes in his hands.
In second stage, a baby urinate often times in his pent and starts taking pleasure from it - Anal stage
Have you ever seen a child observing differences in sexes, in him and in others and starts questioning about them? This is called as Phallic stage
In the fourth stage, he starts socializing himself _ latency stage.
In the last genital stage, person loves opposit sex and relationship in intimacy.
These are the stages which we observe in one another and thus learn these five stages of development.
