Health is ahead of everything. Taking care of health before health problems is far better than taking plenty of medicine. I like fruits and vegetables as raw as it acts a medicine and keeps our body healthy. The benefits of some fruits and vegetables are:
- Banana contains minerals like K, Mg & Fe. Fe prevents us from Anemia.
- Orange lowers cholesterol.
- Spinach lowers weight.
- Radish is good for liver and gallbladder disorders.
- Potatoes are good for stomach.
Now you might be thinking that what is the relation of winter with fruits? How winter effects fruits and what specific procedure should we follow to prevent these effects.
As winter enters, we feel cold not only air but also other eating varieties. God has created us with nose through which we breath which warms air to the optimum body temperature.
As winter is so cold, the air is not comfortable to our body and hence we start coughing. To prevent the cold, we should wear a thick mask type cloth which prevent the inhalation of cold air and hence keeps body warm.
As humans, we are warm blooded, our body maintains temperature. Our body abnormalities arises as temperature is altered. We need to eat warm foods to prevent indigestion.
So now I'm going to show you my procedure of eating fruits in winter.
We can't give direct heart to fruits as it is not suitable to remove cold.
Fruits & vegetables in hot water |
First do pieces to fruits and vegetables. Then put them into hot water (about 90-100°C ) for some 10 -15 minutes. Then you will see the beauty of eating hot fruits in winter.
I eat fruits regularly. I love eating fruits as these are nutritious and pure.
